I am a relationship and sexuality educator and coach, as well as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in Utah. I hold a current and credentialed membership to AASECT, the American Association of Sexuality Educators, Counselors and Therapists. In 2014, I was hired by the School of Family Life at Brigham Young University to teach and develop courses on marriage relationships and sexuality. I also teach virtual courses and live workshops to individuals and couples seeking to develop their capacity for deeper emotional and sexual intimacy. Additionally, I offer limited private coaching services to couples who are looking for more direct input on improving their lives and relationships.
I am the author of a children’s book, “God Made Girls & Boys”, a beautiful book addressing families, gender, accountability and agency. This book includes discussion questions to help parents navigate meaningful conversations with their children. 2023, my long-awaited book, “Replenish: Creating Sexual Fulfillment in Marriage”. This is a comprehensive guide to help LDS couples sexually unite in both conversation and practice.
I am an active member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints. I frequently contribute on the subjects of sexuality, relationships and spirituality to blogs, magazines, religious meetings and podcasts. I am the host of the “Live Your Why” podcast which can be found on any podcast platform. My husband, lover and dearest friend, Jeff Hill, and I are the parents of a blended family with 12 children.
